A day that changed everything
My name is Sushil Shinde, and I am from Nagpur. October 2nd, 2019, was a day that changed everything in my life. I suddenly suffered a brain stroke and was immediately admitted to a major hospital in Nagpur. After an MRI and several tests, the doctors confirmed that it was a brain stroke. I was treated in the hospital for about a month and a half. My body was in the hospital, but my mind was filled with fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future.
An inner question arises and the search for a new path begins.
Even after returning from the hospital, I couldn't find peace of mind. During this time, I watched some of Guruji's videos and heard about NDS from some practitioners. Due to my brain condition at the time, it wasn't easy to believe, but deep down I felt that there might be another path in life. With that feeling in mind, I attended the NDS seminar at GP Hotel & Resort, Nashik in February 2019.
Guruji's Simple Guidance
At the seminar, I shared everything with Guruji—my Vitamin B12 deficiency, the strict dietary restrictions prescribed by doctors, and the fear that had taken root in my mind. I kept writing letters, repeatedly asking what I should and shouldn't eat. Guruji, in very simple words, told me to start eating everything, but to follow NDS with complete faith and discipline. There was a profound confidence in his words that instilled faith in me.
From Fear to Faith
I say with complete conviction, Guruji is like God to me. The day Guruji told me to adopt NDS, I stopped taking my medications. I took medicines for a few months from October to February, but after that I have not taken a single pill till date. Making that decision wasn't easy, but a strong conviction had taken hold within me.
The Test of Time and Unwavering Faith
Then came the time of the coronavirus pandemic, and I tested positive for COVID-19, but by God's grace, I experienced no symptoms. I continued to live a normal life and helped others. After some time, at my family's insistence, I got medical tests done again. The doctors instilled fear about the future and recommended expensive tests, but at that moment, it became clear to me that I had to live my life not on the basis of fear, but on the basis of faith.
Life Today and Inner Peace
From 2019 until today, I have been following NDS with 100% faith. For me, it's not just a dietary system, but a new perspective on life and a new way of living. Today, I have peace, balance, and a renewed faith in life. All this has been possible only through Guruji's grace and God's blessings.
Gratitude
Finally, I just want to say that Guruji's boundless love and guidance are the greatest strength in my life. My prayer is that this love and grace may always remain with all of us.
