Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Within 2 Hours: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched from our hub.


Before Shipment:

  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.


After the Order is Processed for Shipping:

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted.

  • If shipping has already been arranged or paid for by SSKNDS, the shipping cost will also be deducted.


After Product Has Shipped:

  • If the cancellation is requested after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.


Returns & Replacements:

  • We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases;

  • Damaged outer packaging.

  • Product defects.

  • Incorrect items received.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or return:

  • Please notify us within 4 working days of delivery.

Provide photos or video proof of the issue, if requested. Contact us at info@ssknds.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for eligible returns (damaged or defective items).

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
