- Cleansing And Detox
Clean inside.Light every day.
2 complete Sanjivani Enema Pot 1.5 L kits in one pack — perfect for couples, or one for you and a spare, so each person has their own kit for internal cleansing with plain water.
Internal cleansing for better gut wellness
Over the years we eat many foods that aren't always fully digested. Undigested residue can build up in the bowel and leave you feeling heavy and sluggish.
An enema is a simple way to flush the lower colon with plain water. It's commonly used in SSKNDS as part of a natural routine for lightness, energy and better internal hygiene.
Many people find it helps to:
- Clear waste residue from the lower colon
- Support regular, comfortable bowel movements
- Feel lighter and less bloated
A traditional wellness practice — not a medical treatment, and not a substitute for seeing a doctor when you're unwell.

Two rules that matter most.
Keep everything clean
Wash your hands and the catheter thoroughly with soap and clean water — before and after every session — to keep infection risk low.
Plain water — nothing else
Use only plain, room-temperature water (or boiled and cooled water).
When to do an enema
A commonly followed routine — treat it as a starting point, not a strict rule, and ease off if anything feels uncomfortable.
For digestive discomfort
Up to twice a day — morning and night. Each session can involve 1–2 repetitions using a total of 1500 ml of water. Changing position can help the water reach further:
For general, healthy use
Once a day is plenty for most people who are otherwise well. Some prefer mornings only and increase slowly if it suits them.
Who can use it?
⚠ Not for infants or young children
Not recommended for infants or young children without direct medical supervision — their fluid and salt balance is far more delicate, and a home enema can be genuinely risky for them. Anyone managing an illness, or who is pregnant, should check with a doctor first.
How to do it — step by step
Eight simple steps, one full pot.
Choose a comfortable place
A clean, private area — ideally a bathroom — with space to lie down.
Set up the pot
Hang it about 3–4 feet above the ground so water flows by gravity.
Check the tube & tap
Attach the catheter, fill about 1.5 L of plain water, and let air out of the tube first.
Insert gently
Ease the tip in about 2–3 inches (5–7 cm), then open the tap slowly. Never force it.
Lie down
Lie face down while the water flows in, until the pot is empty.
Remove the catheter
Close the tap, remove gently, and hold the water for a few minutes.
Empty your bowels
When the urge builds, go to the toilet and release naturally — no rush.
Give it time
If nothing happens right away, that's normal — most people settle in within a week.
Positions you can try
Not steps in order — just options. Try one, and switch if it isn't comfortable.
