Fit the parts
Attach the nozzle and tap securely to the long tube, and the tube to the enema pot.
Hang the pot
Hang the pot above you and adjust its height for a comfortable flow.
Insert gently
Gently insert the rounded nozzle tip 2–3 inches (7–10 cm) into the rectum, then open the tap.
Clean after use
Wash the tube and nozzle thoroughly and let them dry.
For extra comfort: use lukewarm water and apply a little oil to the nozzle tip before use. Never force the nozzle — stop if you feel pain.
Hygiene first
One nozzle per person
Each user should have their own nozzle to prevent the spread of infection.
Clean after every use
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely before storing.
Replace the nozzle regularly
Change the nozzle every 1–2 months for best hygiene.
